Big Hairy Goals And They're Off!

Wow 2007 is off to a great start. I've never been more organised for a new year as I've been this year... it's awesome!!

I've got some great goals this year, the biggest being that I want to be passively earning $775 per day (consistently and after expenses) by the 30th Dec 07. That's money coming in without me doing any work!

I've got a detailed plan to do this with real estate and virtual real estate (online) and after breaking it down into monthly steps of what needs to be done, it looks very achievable...

So I've got my journal going, which is update daily and as of today I've been very productive and charging ahead. Every morning starts off with a 30 minute walk with some running, then some Matt Furey push ups, sit ups and back strengthening exercises. Then it's a shower, breakfast and then a 20 minute Optimindzation session which focuses me and gives me the mental endurance I need.

My January plan is $10 per day and eBay seems to be providing that quite nicely. I'm going for the low hanging fruit at this stage and eBay has the buyers so some quickly produced information products are doing the trick. I still have a bit to learn as I seem to get a flurry of activity and then nothing. I think it's to do with the times the listings are ending. I'm going to test this.
