Success... Relief... Happiness... all rolled into one. Now I have a system that works and can be massaged to produce better results. Different headlines, guarantees, body copy, marketing can be tested and measured... all the while constantly improving the process.
Was it daunting the first time?
Yes, it definitely was. My previous experience was marketing and managing brick and mortar type businesses which is a relatively simple process but requires implementation. I had to learn how to write an ebook, learn how to create a sales page, how to outsource certain tasks, how to set up Clickbank and how to get targeted traffic to the sales page. It was a lot to learn but now I have done the first one the next ones will be much simpler and quicker.
How long did the process take?
It took me just over a month to write the ebook and then another month to set up the sales page, Clickbank and marketing. The delays came with finding, researching and reading the information on how to do it properly. Like how to write an ebook I researched and found Jim Edwards' "How To Write And Publish Your Own Ebook In As Little As 7 days." Obviously the next one will be much easier because I've been there and done it and can reuse sales page
templates, know when I should be doing what, know that I should be marketing sooner, etc.It's very satisfying, but really it is very easy... anybody can do it.
